(a) To establish, develop, maintain Veda, Vedanga & Shastra Schools, promote, setup, for all round development, spreading knowledge, venture the cultural heritage, run Vedic & Shastra schools and other educational institutions, appoint teachers for promotion of social welfare. 

b) To give, provide or render help and financial assistance in cash and/or kind as scholarship to the Vedic rituals such as, Agnihotram, Ishti out of the fund so collected by the donations etc. 

c) To organize Vakyartha Sabha by Sanskrit scholars, related to Veda, Vedanga & Shastra.

d) To establish, maintain and run studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study, without any distinction as to caste, colour, race, creed or sex. 

(e) To promote, establish, support, maintain or grant aid to institutions for the promotion of Vedic science, Shastra, literature, music, drama and fine arts etc and for objects for the benefit of the school students in general. 

(f) To publish books related to the above subject.
